That being said, there may be a few occasions where we can come to you the same day depending on how our schedule looks and what kind of service you are in need of.

Can we bring the vehicle to you? It is very rare that we offer this, but depending on a number of factors we may be able to have you bring the vehicle to us.

Do I need to be present while you service my vehicle? Absolutely not, as long as we have access to the vehicle, power, and a water source you do not have to be present. We've had several customers come and go as we service their vehicle

As far as payment goes, you can pay before or after you return or if you will be gone the entire time a link will be provided for online payment.

General Questions

Ceramic Coatings

Are they worth the price tag? Ceramic coatings are certainly popular, but they aren't for everyone. My suggestion? If your vehicle is of the outmost importance to you, meaning you understand it is an asset and want to give it the best protection on the market, then yes ceramic coatings are for you!

Any other reason but this, then perhaps ceramic coatings aren't the best fit for you. Check out our Wash and Wax service or give us a call to see if Ceramic Coatings are right for you.

How long will they last? We have a couple different packages for you to choose from, varying from entry level ceramics to see if they are right for you, to extremely long lasting ceramics that'll keep your car looking brand new for years to come.

What makes this service different from a Full Interior Detail? The main difference, is the level of detail between the two. This service is more "maintenance" driven, meaning no thorough or deep cleanings will be provided.

If what you are in need of is a deep cleaning check out our Full Interior Detail, this is where we do our very best to return your vehicles interior to its best possible condition.

How long does this usually take? Being the basic service that it is we aim to complete it in under 1 hour, this may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.

Basic Interior Detail

How long will the service take? Being the thorough service it is, this detail may take anywhere from 3-5 hours depending on the condition of the vehicle.

Will my car smell or be damaged by the chemicals used? No! We make sure to use only the most effective yet safe detailing practices there is. So do not worry we got you covered!

What steps do you follow? By this point we have worked on several cars, and developed several strategies. As detailers we have come to learn how to use these different strategies to best clean a car.

As stated we use only the safest and most effective strategies, meaning we use only the best products on the market. We carry products from several different suppliers such as Chemical Guys, Meguiar's, RevAuto, and several others.

Will my seats be wet when I get my car back? Depending on the weather your seats may be 90% dry by the time we are finished with the detail (If it's a sunny day), or they may be damp if it is either cold, or a cloudy rainy day. That being said we DO NOT overuse our chemicals, meaning there will not be any puddles of water.

Do you remove the seats? We personally do not remove the seats as we have the tools and products to deliver great results; but if you would like to remove them prior to us detailing your vehicle you absolutely can!

Will all the stains be removed? Unfortunately we cannot guarantee all stains will come off. At times there will be stains that are simply too far gone for us to remove but that wont stop us from doing our best to get your vehicle looking great again.

Do we clean leather seats? Yes! whether they are suede, fabric, leather, or hybrids we will clean all seats that are presented to us.

Is it safe to clean an engine? Yes! We take the appropriate measures and use only the safest strategies to clean up your engine. This means we will cover any sensitive areas and make sure we do not use excessive water, chemicals, or force to detail your engine bay.

How long does this service take? As does every other service we offer, the condition, size, and complexity of an engine bay will determine how long this detail takes. Relatively speaking this service is expected to take anywhere from 40-60 minutes.

What does this service do? An engine bay is often one of the dirtiest parts of your car. This is due to it being mainly untouched or tampered with by most people. Debris such as leaves, dust, and dirt can pile up and it is our job to get rid of all that. We will spray, agitate, rinse and dry all cleanable areas as well as apply our VRP dressing to really make the engine bay POP.

Engine Bay Cleaning

How long will it take? 1-1.5 hrs. Depending on the size and condition of the vehicle.

The second difference is the level/type of wax applied. A spray wax is applied to a Basic Exterior Wash, whereas a paste wax or paint sealant is applied to a Wash And Wax. A spray wax is cheaper, and easier to apply but does not offer the protection or added shine capabilities of a premium paste wax or paint sealant.

Basic Exterior Wash

How long does this take? This service may take 1.5-3 hours depending on the size, and condition of the vehicle.

Will this remove scratches or swirls? A wash and wax service will hide small scratches and swirls but it will not remove them. Instead, the properties of wax enable it to "fill in" these tiny imperfections and thus revealing a more shiny surface. If paint correction is what you're after check out our Ceramic Coating services.

How long will the wax last? There are a few factors that determine how long the wax will last. Such factors include how you store your vehicle, how often you drive it, and the elements. If you leave your car out in the rain and sun without protection the wax will maybe last 1-2 months. Not washing your car properly can also reduce the length of protection.

But, if you keep your car protected by keeping it under your garage or using a car cover you can expect to keep the wax alive for much longer. Add to that a proper maintenance wash you can expect to get 3-4 months of protection.

Will you clay bar the vehicle? Absolutely! A Wash And Wax service isn't complete without clay barring the vehicle. Clay barring will allow the wax to better adhere with paint revealing a shiny and smooth surface.
